THE TERMS "WE/US/OUR/Whroom" INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY REFER TO WHROOM- SELF DRIVE CAR RENTAL AND THE TERMS "YOU/YOUR/YOURSELF" REFER TO THE USERS/MEMBERS UNDER MEMBERHSIP AGREEMENT.

THIS REFUND POLICY IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WHROOM (BOTH TERMS DEFINED ABOVE).

Security Deposit Refund Policy :

Upon validating the trip for criteria such as fuel, vehicle condition, challans, and Fastag balance, the refund to your source account will be initiated within 7 days.
