Lessor (Buddy) by Whroom is a peer to peer car sharing program for Car owners to let them share their cars when it's not in use on Whroom platform with our lessee(Guest) base and earn money and rewards.

Share your car seamlessly and earn after every booking completion. List your car as per your convenience.Reduce your maintenance cost by leasing out the car when you don’t need it. While you earn money, you can also reduce your carbon footprint and do your bit for the environment. Revenue will be credited within 48 hours after the Trip end.

You can list any car model ranging from hatchbacks to SUVs to luxury cars as well. Fill in the interest form and team will contact you within 72 Hours with the further details.

The servicing and maintenance of the car would have to be handled by the car owner.

We wish that you never have to go through this! However, in an unfortunate event, of any damage/accident/TP loss/legal cases etc. while the car is on trip, Whroom will bear the file charge as we get the car repaired from the authorized service stations.

We only accept CNG+Petrol vehicles as of now.
Disputes : Whroom does not take any liability for CNG kits and CNG kit related parts during the booking. Related to Reimbursement related to CNG kit - Whroom does not take any responsibility for CNG reimbursement.

lessor (Buddy) booking revenue is 80% of the booking charge that your vehicle earns with every booking, paid out within 48 hours after the completion of each booking.

While your earning potential in the revenue share model depends on your listing frequency, bookings obtained by your vehicle and your rating, most lessor(Buddy) who list:

• Hatchback models earn upto INR 30,000/month
• Sedan models earn upto INR 35,000/month
• Compact SUV models earn upto INR 40,000/month
• SUV models earn upto INR 45,000/month

You will be paid out the 80% booking revenue share that your vehicle earns on a particular booking within 48 hours of booking end time.

Whroom does not take any responsibility for personal belongings left by the lessor (Buddy) in the car. When you create a listing, Whroom makes the car available to Whroom lessee (Guest) for booking. To provide best in class car experience ensure that your car is ready for bookings. As part of the car deemed ready, please remove all your personal belongings from the car.

In case your car is caught by the police under any circumstance-Whroom Central Team and on ground team will assist you at every step in getting the car released.

In case your car is stolen, you will have to complete all legal and insurance formalities assisted by Whroom Central Team and onground team. In case you are not comfortable sharing the car with the lessee (Guest) you need to verify the customer by looking at his profile and his Id proof’s. If in case customer seems fishy then you can totally deny the customer and do not handover the car. Whroom will not be responsible in case of any mishappening butshallassist you.

Both start & end Checklist must be filled by the lessor (Buddy) to raise any disputes for damage during a booking. Post that,in case of any disputes arising related to damages Whroom central team along with the on-ground team will determine the final decision.
